All services are now back up and running. The platform is operating normally, and no further issues are observed at this time.
Total downtime was 35 minutes and lasted from 6:45 to 7:20 pm EET.

We experienced periods of increased platform load alongside external services failures, which led to 10 separate incidents. Each incident required manual intervention to restore normal operations, and the combined impact resulted in 1 hour and 54 minutes of downtime in 2 days. All issues were fully resolved on December 11th at 9:14 am EET.
