The maintenance was completed in approximately 20 minutes, and all services have resumed for US region 🇺🇸. Scans, including VPN-based scans, are starting normally, previous sessions have been restored, and the scanning pipeline is operating as expected.

We’re performing scheduled maintenance on the Pentest-Tools.com 🇺🇸 US region from 10:30–11:30 UTC, on Sept 30, 2026.

During this 1h maintenance window, the Pentest-Tools.com product (web interface) and REST API in the US region will be temporarily unavailable.

Maintenance window:
- 🌍 UTC: 10:30–11:30
- 🇺🇸 Eastern Time (ET): 6:30–7:30 AM
- 🇺🇸 Pacific Time (PT): 3:30–4:30 AM

What happens to scans?
You won’t be able to start new scans during the maintenance window, and scheduled scans will not start.
Scans that are already running will continue normally, except for VPN-based scans, which may be affected while the US gateway is unavailable. Once maintenance is complete, any scans showing VPN error status can be restarted. Scans that have already been dispatched and are waiting to be picked up by the scanning infrastructure will also continue.

Customers in the European region are NOT affected and will continue to operate normally.

We expect the maintenance to take no more than 1h. We’ll update our status page when maintenance starts and once normal operation resumes.
