We'll perform scheduled maintenance on the Pentest-Tools.com 🇪🇺 Europe region on Oct 1, 2026 for a subset of services.
This maintenance will affect VPN scanning in the Europe region and temporarily pause internal scanning pipeline for up to 10 minutes.
- the maintenance window for VPN scanning starts at 6:00 AM UTC (vpn scans should NOT be affected)
- the one for internal scanning starts at 9:00 AM UTC
Action required for VPN scanning
As part of this maintenance, we’re deploying a new VPN gateway with a new IP address. To make sure your VPN Agent can connect after the change, please allow outbound TCP port 22 (SSH) to the following IP address before the maintenance window: 172.238.119.143
What happens to scans?
VPN scans will continue to run normally.
If you run into any issues, please restart the VPN agent. And, should you get any VPN errors on scans, please restart those specific scans.
Internal scanning will be paused for up to 10 minutes between 09:00 am UTC - 09:10 am UTC. After this brief pause, internal scanning will resume normally.
We’ll update our status page when maintenance starts and once normal operation resumes.
