The US authenticated platform and API from US experienced a five-minute interruption between 7:46 and 7:51 AM UTC due to an issue affecting session storage.

The issue has been resolved, all sessions have been successfully restored, and users can now access the platform normally.

At approximately 1:30 PM UTC, VPN services in the US region experienced an interruption lasting no more than 5 minutes. The Europe region was NOT affected.

Services are now operational. If you continue to experience connectivity issues, please recreate the VPN agent connections from your local networks.

The system migrations on our production have been completed after approximately 3 hours and 30 minutes. During this period, both the platform and API experienced degraded performance.

All services are now fully operational, scheduled scans are running as expected, and clients should be able to access the platform without load-time issues.
