Platform load and external services issues report π

We experienced periods of increased platform load alongside external services failures, which led to 10 separate incidents. Each incident required manual intervention to restore normal operations, and the combined impact resulted in 1 hour and 54 minutes of downtime in 2 days. All issues were fully resolved on December 11th at 9:14 am EET.

We experienced a brief internal issue earlier today (12:50 pm - 1:09 pm EEST) that caused temporary unavailability of the platform. The total downtime lasted 19 minutes, and the issue has now been fully resolved.
